aura: Cannot decode byte

Hi all,

Strange issue recently with aura. Every time I try to install a package, I am faced with:

aura: Cannot decode byte '\x62': Data.Text.Internal.Encoding.streamDecodeUtf8With: Invalid UTF-8 stream

Can anyone tell me where to start with this issue? Thanks!
