Basically: what to install that Qt and GTK applications have a global menu on Plasma desktop 5?
I know that there is a kded background service to export menus (presumably of Qt(5?) applications). it can be enabled in System Settings → Startup and Shutdown → Service Manager
But what else? i can’t find the globalmenu plasmoid here, and no setting to enable the floating globalmenu
