Hello, I've been trying to set up a PS2 controller (non-oficial) using an adaptor and the gamepad section of the Wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Gamepad but I have problems from the very beggining. If I run lsusb I can see that the adaptor is detected by the PC and I think the controller is detected also because the red analog light can be turned on and off, but when I test the device using jstest /dev/input/js0 or cat /dev/input/js0 anything changes if I press some buttons.
I have loaded analog, ns558, joydev and usbhid modules using modprobe. I have also looked in the kernel documentation regarding joysticks but I haven't found anything new there. What could be the problem?
