Wine game Virtual Pool 4 crashes on startup [SOLVED]

Hi i am having trouble getting a game to load in wine (Virtual Pool 4) it crashes when i run it. I did the wintricks and wincfg settings from this guide http://www.celeris.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2401
I am using a 32bit wine prefix and im using the amd drivers with xorg 1.16. Here is the wine info:

Sorry guys managed to get it working it by installing the full d3dx9 and wmi seems to be loading fine now.
