Firefox webpage icons missing

Newest Arch, everything updated as of this moment.

On web pages, such as tumblr for example, there are no icons displayed. Like the little picture icon for 'login' or 'preferences' are missing, and instead a little square with 'f144' and 'f171' are in their place. This is happening for github, google and just about every webpage that has little icon graphics.

What is the fix?

Install some fonts maybe.

Is there anything you could add to your post to make it the tiniest bit helpful? Why even answer? ITS OBVIOUS IT NEEDS FONTS.

Which ones? What are the default fonts that people install on Arch to have a halfway decent browsing experience? How do you find out which fonts are needed? Why are the websites not installing the fonts that they need like usual?

You haven't paid me enough to provide proper support for your lack of reading the wiki or a simple google search.  My humblest apologies kind sir. 

Some font groups = Google fonts, MS fonts, Apple fonts.... pretty much ANY font.  Set firefox to use the fonts you installed and prefer.  Cheer up and have a beautiful day

PS.  Your post didn't sound like you knew you were missing fonts.  In fact, you didn't even use the word 'font'.  Now you say it was obvious. I incorrectly assumed that by saying you needed fonts would set you on the right path.  I guess you needed more information.  Also, a tiny bit of politeness will help you in the long run.  My post was only intended to help.  I just didn't know you wouldn't know how to google search this.

The icons are not part of a font; they come from 'https://secure.assets.tumblr.com';
So if something like NoScript blocks this site the icons are not fetched from it.

You need to enable it.
I tested this here and it works: the icons are shown.
