[SOLVED]Trouble installing INSTALL files?

Hey guys,

I'm new to Arch. In short, I'm having trouble installing files with no PKGBUILD. Instead, there's an INSTALL file which I'm not 100% sure how to handle. Whenever I search for info I don't find anything useful, as the query is often being misinterpreted and bringing up guides on how to install arch. Anyone mind pointing me in the right direction?

I figured it out. Simple as reading the README file. Silly me.
