Scala Akka Library

The current Scala package (scala 2.11.2-1) includes an old Actor implementation. The new one is Akka, which is part of the standard library. Is there a reason the scala package doesn't include it? Is this a packaging error?

I just upgraded to scala 2.11.5-1 but the problem remains.
