python2-qutip: opt. dependency

The package python2-qutip would depend optionally on the package texlive according to the statement on the homepage. This is currently definitely not the case as there is no package texlive.

Is there still such a latex (texlive) optional dependency? If yes, on what package does it depend?

It would probably be texlive-bin or texlive-core. But, are you going to be using this python package for anything LaTeX related? If not, don't install this optional dependency, both would pull in a bunch of dependencies themselves.
