CPU stuck; OS freeze

I was messing trying to find out why my 860M isn't working.
I have a laptop with 4710MQ + HD4600 and nVIDIA GTX 860M with optimus. I've used it with bumblebee + primusrun without problem since the unboxing.

The last line seems to be the "guilty" one.
Googling " NMI watchdog BUG soft lockup CPU stuck" I've found nothing I think to be useful, so I'm asking here.

The 'vgaarb' line seems to be about my problems with discrete GPU.
I don't know if they're related, I'll try to rebuild the ramdisk with mkinitcpio to see if I'll get the 860M working.

try disabling  :

kernel.nmi_watchdog = 0

I have the same conf in my laptop  4710MQ + HD4600 and nVIDIA GTX 860M,  bumblebee + bbswitch + primusrun and the nvidia card runs "normally", although I have the same line error of  :

vgaarb: this pci device is not a vga device

But that is an error message that is not detecting the VGA string on the PCI of the nvidia card "01:00.0 3D controller: NVIDIA Corporation GK104M [GeForce GTX 860M] (rev ff)"

Also check what other flag/value of powersave you have enable/disable with "powertop"
