Monospace Serif Fonts?

Are there any decent monospace serif fonts with support for at least bold and italic? Some unicode coverage would be cool too!

I've been using Century Schoolbook Monospace BT but wish it was a little more fleshed out.

Ya there seem to be a number of slab serif monospace fonts.

I personally prefer traditional serif but when I use slab serif I like Computer Modern Teletype (http://www.tug.dk/FontCatalogue/cmtt/)
