I made Global Menu for xfce.
it is in https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vala … -xfce-git/
For gtk apps I also made hacky version of unity-gtk-module https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/unit … alone-bzr/
This will work on stock archlinux XFCE as well as on Unity.
