Hi guys.
I installed Arch nearby Windows 7, and I deleted the Windows 7 BOOTMGR parition. Do you know a way to make Grub to start Windows 7 without its own boot partition? I can't believe it's not possible ;(

The "System Reserved" partition contains the files required to boot windows + winre.wim which contains the startup "repair" options. If you deleted the files without moving them to your main windows partition and correcting the windows BCD store (AFAIK) you will have to reinstall with a pre-created partition for windows so it does not additionally create the "Boot" partition. Windows will subsequently be picked up by grub via os_prober.
It may be possible to fix Windows from a Install DVD but I have never needed to recover from this situation and I'm sure you can Google it yourself. Blindly deleting system partitions, in any OS, frequently ends badly...

Yes GRUB but you have deleted the partition/files the needs to read to make that possible... not an Arch issue and associated info is widely available...
