Arch badge logos

I've always been a fan of badge logos.  nice, small, to the point.  So I made two for arch linux - both have been added to the Art section.  Check 'em:

enjoy!

Re: Arch badge logos

I like those small logos too. Are you sure you didn't just steal them? I think I saw those somewhere before. But then again, all those badge logos look alike.

Good stuff.

yes, i'm sure i didn't steal 'em   tongue

I used this svg logo (exported a 13xsomething png out of inkscape) and this emblem as a template.  The A,R,C, and H in my images are cut from that template emblem  lol  - couldn't find the right font (terminus was close, but too big).

just to clarify, the one in your sig isn't one of mine.  i don't wanna take credit for others work smile

in other news, more boredom has ended up in the creation of more badges:
archb_pb.png
archbg_pb.png
archg_pb.png
archgb_pb_t.png
archgb_pb_m.png

if anyone wants some variation of these just post here and i'll put 'em together.

Re: Arch badge logos

tyme, if you're looking for the font there, it's called Silkscreen, AFAIK.

It's freely available here: http://www.kottke.org/plus/type/silkscreen/

Those are nice.. I might have to use one of them for my site.
