[Solved] I can no longer upgrade some outdated packages

Because of it's been a while since I have updated a package or a bunch of packages (for about one month), I've noticed recently that I have some outdated packages, such as:

firefox 36.0.4
icu 54.1-1

And I have installed packages that are updated to a newer version than core repositories (according to the output of pacman -Syyu).

When I try to update an outdated package individually (for example, pacman -S extra/icu), it says that the package it's already updated, but the latest version of icu on extra repository is 55.1! It seems there is anything wrong with pacman or the default repositories. How can I solve this upgrading issue?

World mirror.

I switched to another mirror from Pamac and solved the problem. Thanks!
