Hi,
the nvidia card will be used, if you launch an application with the optirun pre-command.
ex:
optirun glxinfowill output the glxinfos from the nvidiacard
If this works in cooperation with wayland im not really sure, i would say no, because the nvidia-glx driver has not the nessesary EGL implementation, so your application should have to run inside a xserver.
Also i think that most problems also are because you use wayland and not the traditional xserver.
Is there a reason for using wayland?

What exactly prevents you from logging in? What display manager do you use? Can you still login on a tty? Errors in dmesg or journal?
You see a little more information would help a lot to help you
I put at button on it. Yes. I wish to press it, but I'm not sure what will happen if I do. (Gune | Titan A.E.)

i use gdm as a display manager when i type the password to login using gnome or gnome classic or kde but the log-in screen shows up again and it prevent me from login. i can login on wayland, but you know wayland still have some bugs and problems.
i can login on tty, i dont see any errors in dmesg
i don't know which information could help but when i use enter lspci|grep VGA it shows only the intel card i can see the nvidia card with lspci | grep -E "VGA|3D"
and this is the status of bumblebeed

I doubt this is related to bumblebee. Does uninstalling bumblebee fix the problem?

Take a look at the logs (~/.local/share/xorg) and try to use startx instead of gdm to figure out what's happening.

What is in you /etc/X11/xorg.conf?
And explain what you did exactly to install bumblebee.
You are using lts kernel did you also install the nvidia-lts package? If you are using bbswitch you also need the bbswitch-lts package
I put at button on it. Yes. I wish to press it, but I'm not sure what will happen if I do. (Gune | Titan A.E.)

The X11 config was created by nvidia-xconfig. Did you run that or was it automatically run by installing nvidia package maybe? If it is automatically run I would consider it a bug in this case.
Backup the file and delete it or rename it. Then see if it works.
It looks like X tries to use your nvidia card although it should use the intel gpu because of the xorg.conf made by nvidia.
EDIT: Maybe gdm itself is broken. Did you see this thread. I haven't read it myself but it looks related to your problem.
