gdm-x-session Segmentation fault at address 0x0

Hey!

After updating to linux 4.0.1 along with the latest linux-firmware, whenever I reboot, my notebook sometimes boots to gnome, but sometimes it doesn't.

Most of the times it doesn't !

journalctl shows that X is throwing a Segmentation fault at address 0x0. You can find the most relevant lines at http://openpaste.org/FC61f9CF

My notebook has an intel core i5 with intel Ironlake Mobile GPU. I'm using the driver xf86-video-intel

in /etc/mkinitcpio.conf, i have the following modules.

MODULES="intel_agp drm i915"

When I get to boot correctly, I get the following log:

* Xorg.0.log

When X fails to start, I get the following log:

* Xorg.0.log

By the way, I don't use the testing repo, just core. Thank you for any help!
