I did a full update earlier and i didnt notice anything strange. I left for a couple of hours shutting down the computer and when i came back this started. I dont have any idea what to do. I don't see anything wrong on that screenshot, maybe you would have to record a movie.
Have you tried rebooting?
Tell us more about your setup: list the packages that you've updated, tell us what graphics hardware and drivers you're using, is the anything interesting in the logs or systemd's journal etc.

Sorry for the screenshot i didnt realise that print screen doesnt show the problem. I took a new one with my phone (You can see how the screen totally "splits". (http://i62.tinypic.com/2uzw7l4.jpg)

If the problem does not show up in a screenshot, that would suggest a hardware issue.
Does the problem occur in (a live version of) a different distribution?

I didn't try a liveboot yet but i will..this will certainly tell if there is a hardware problem. But when i boot the computer everything is ok. If there was a hardware problem i believe it would occur from the start..

Press F12 or whatever your BIOS "select boot device" key is when you're on the BIOS splash screen and select the USB device - removable device it might be called.

Yeah the normal way is like that..the problem is that in the grub menu only arch linux exists ![]()

Why would the GRUB menu have an entry for your live Ubuntu USB stick?
You need to select it from your firmware (BIOS) options.

Well, then add it the menu.
