A simple question about VIM

Hii, I am using vim, and I want it to start with other then his deafult color scheme.
like when I start it and

:colo stars

how can I do it? :?:

Put

colo stars

in your ~/.vimrc

add 'colorscheme stars' to your ~/.vimrc
