That's nice. Is there a question? Is it not starting? What have you tried? Have you checked on the suggestion the error message gives? What does this have to do with pacman? Answer: nothing, so I'll move it out of the pacman and upgrade issues subforum to the N.C.

When forum members are new, they get a lot of leeway as they learn the posting standards for our forums. But you aren't new, you've been pointed to our forum guidelines several times already. So the fact that you do not follow them means either you intend to flaunt them as a form of contempt for the community, or more likely you just don't pay attention. The former would make me not want to help you; the latter would make me not able to help you.
