I have a new mbp 13" 2015 with arch on it. Besides the missing trackpad drivers and some minor wifi problems everything works as expected. Still I have 2 more problems that have been fixed for the 2014 mbp, so I am not sure what really is happening:
1. Hotplugging Thunderbolt is not working. When I remove my Thunerbolt-to-Ethernet adapter and put it back in, it is not recognized any longer. I have to reboot in order to get it to work again.
2. I am not able to use external displays. I have MiniDisplayPort-to-DVI and MiniDisplayPort-to-VGA adapters, both are working when using MacOSX, but the output of "xrandr -q" only gives me

VIRTUAL1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)So I do not get any modes available for DP1 or DP2. It does not matter which port on the laptop I try, or if the display is connected before booting or not.
Possibly some of you might have encountered the same problems or know how to fix them.
