Hello,
First of all thank you for taking your time to help me.
I'm using urxvt with zsh, and my prompt, at my home folder is:
<username>@<hostname> <currentFolder> %
and on my git repo:
<username>@<hostname> <currentFolder> (git)-[master] %
I bet this is a pretty default setting. Anyway, if I change the foreground setting on Xdefaults it changes my prompt but not the <username> part. And if I do
prompt <promptName>
it works and changes everything, so I think I could just change the prompt colour, but I can't find where these prompts are stored. Can someone help me and tell me where are they stored? And if possible, why it doesn't use the same colour as the rest of the prompt. Also why there are no changes neither when I set the $PROMPT variable neither when I set the $PS1? (the last one I guess its because I'm logged on X).

This isn't default at all. Presumably, you have installed something like Oh-my-zsh... Please paste your .zshrc

My guess would be grml-zsh-config, as that is the default setup of grml.

Thank you very much for such a fast response.
Ham.. You're right, sorry for not pointing that out that straight away. I like the live install image configs too much. I've installed grm-zsh-config ,but I'm not using oh-my-zsh anymore.
and my zshrc http://pastebin.com/X5xRQ7de . Sorry for the noobness on some of the ways I setup my workplace.
EDIT1:
Ho, and I've manage to fix the ls folder colour. Just the Prompt colour problem now..
