Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 2 touchpad woes.

Hi,

I have been reading up on how to configure the touchpad and even trackpoint on my Lenovo Thinpad X1 Carbon Gen 2. I now have a config that somewhat works for me, but not as good as on my old T430s. The cursor still jumps around at times and I have to be "careful" while typing. So now I'm trying a direct question: Does anyone have a setup  for the touchpad and/or trackpoint for this laptop they could share with me?

I have a 1st gen X1. You might try disabling the trackpad while typing with syndaemon. I use

syndaemon -i 1 -d -K
