why not announce ....

when you have new developers? tell us a bit about them? most devs are far to invisible? it would be nice to know just who brings arch to the users.

i have even seen distros that have pictures and dossiers on their devs. some even have like a running history on who has developed or developing.

little things like this convey a great image to the users.

Re: why not announce ....

Gee, that sounds just like keeping the docs updated! wink

Seriously though, I think that's a good idea.  I know there have been quite a few changes on the dev team in the past couple of months, and hopefully things like this can be addressed once everyone has gotten adjusted.

Well, if things are always changing, then they'll always have to be getting adjusted.
