slocate problem
I updated slocate.
I run rupdatedb as root.
but when I 'locate something', I recieve an error:
locate: fatal error: set_path_head: path_head len <= 0: 0
What might be the problem?

strange, I had that problem too, but a 'slocate -u' did solve it.

try mlocate in community, faster than slocate

I did pacman -R slocate
then I rm /etc/updatedb.conf.pacsave
then I pacman -S slocate and updatedb and it works again.
