fan does not spin if not charging

i have a toshiba P50-B-115 and it has a big problem: if it not charging, the fan refuse to spin and the temperature can get critically high.

the problem is that the fan aren't recognized by lm-sensor (even with i_enforce_resources=lax) and even from UEFI/bios i can't control anything about them.

someone has any clue what i can do?
