Bluetooth unable to keep a connection on 4.X kernel

Hello everyone, after upgrading to the 4.X kernel (both stock and -CK) my bluetooth is not working properly.  I normally just connect to my phone but sometimes I try to use a bluetooth mouse.  I have searched on the forums for simiilar issues but most are not quite the same or are driver dependent.

I am using an Intel 7260 AC with bluetooth.

bluetooth.service status:

● bluetooth.service - Bluetooth service
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/bluetooth.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)

If you could see recent posts, probably you figuring out that there's something unpleasant  in the air.
Maybe need a bug report.
Meanwhile try the bluez-git from AUR.

All of the posts seem to be related to Broadcom drivers so I didn't think they were related. Perhaps they are.
