The `m` of my console font are rendered too right

As you can see the ms are rendered a little too right and overlap with the nearby character. A part of this detail I really like this font, so I was wondering if it is possible to fix it in some fontconfig setting.

Is it?


Edit: after some more investigation it seems is a problem with xfce4-terminal because in the browser or in openoffice the spacing is correct. Does xfce4-terminal use different settings?
