6 (5.1) channel suround sound on 3 ports audio

My motherboard (http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Q1900B-ITX/) have 6 (5.1) channel capability chipset, but it only have 3 ports audio jack: line in(stereo), line out(stereo), and mic.
My question is : how to configure / swap line in(stereo) port and mic port to be additional surround Jack (rear audio) and Subwoofer/Center audio. I think it is on pulse audio level configurations not ALSA, but i am not sure about that.

You will want to use hdajackretask to set them.  I have a similar setup, and ended up scratchin my head for a bit about it.
hdajackretask actually works on the kernel modules, rather than on pulse audio.

Hi Knute, yes, it's works.
Alsa-tools (https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extr … lsa-tools/) have hdjackretask tools, already written in gtk3.
