Posting Guidelines
· DO NOT post full resolution screenshots! You can use the "mogrify" command (pacman -S imagemagick) to make a thumbnail of your screenshot:
$ convert -resize 250x250 screenie.png thumb-screenie.png
Sizes Twenty percent of the original size is great for 1024x768 screenies. For bigger sizes (and especially for multi-monitor setups), we ask you to keep in mind not everyone uses broadband, and use an even smaller size (10% of a Full HD setup will still be 192x108, for example).
You can then upload these images to your server and use the following code to show them on the forum:

*Thanks to Thayer for the screenie (more...)
· Several websites offer free image hosting.
Use the "thumbnail for forums" link code that is supplied by the image host to post your thumbnail link.
· Once the new month begins please do not post new screenies in the old threads.
· If the screenshot has questionable material that might not be safe to view while at work or in a school setting, please post only a link and not a thumbnail, along with a mention of "Not Safe for Work". Posts that do not adhere to this are subject to deletion without notice at any time.
· Please try to include any links to your wallpaper or configs that you may have and/or the names of your icon theme, running apps, DE, etc. in the same post to reduce unnecessary clutter later.
***** Your screenshot will be replaced by a reminder if you do not follow these guidelines *****
* As a simple way to include information about your setup in the screenshot, you can use a tool like screenfetch (in [community]) or Archey, screenfo or alsi (all in AUR) to print out details about your window manager, font, shell etc., with a very attractive ASCII Arch logo...

There's no many changes since the last time. The only difference is the new Trilby-like wallpaper
all the config files are available here

WM: DWM-Vain
Wallpaper: Something I googled a while ago. Seems to fit.
I left my beloved WindowLab for try a window manager that was actually maintained and tried a few before settling in with DWN-Vain in floating mode.
I have had some questions about using DWM in floating mode which is the exact opposite of what it was designed for. I have middle aged eyes and I have two choices: A large monitor with large fonts or a smaller monitor with normal size fonts. I went with the latter.
I don't have more than one window open in each tag at once. I tag one window, then open a second window and tag it so I'm essentially using one app per workspace. But I also don't need every app I use full screen and the idea of splitting my small screen into sections gives me a headache thus the floating mode.
This works very well for me.

DWM on a yoga2 pro
The statusbar font is Inconsolata with glyphs from Flaticon.com added in using fontforge. Thanks to w0ng and jasonwryan for the dwm-start and dwmstatus script inspiration.

I have pretty much settled on this conky now. It is quite minimal, and can be toggled to provide more info.

dwm, st, tmux, vim, irssi, tabbed, and surf. This is how my screen looks ~95% of the time: tmux on the left, surf on the right.
Font is dina, vim colorscheme is peachpuff, colors for dwm/st/tabbed are custom.

Not too long ago I booted into a Manjaro live DVD and really liked the interface, so I borrowed a lot of the themes and stuff from Manjaro and put it on my Arch system.
DE = xfce
Themes and stuff = Menda Dark theme, Menda Square icons, and Menda cursor
Window theme = http://xfce-look.org/content/show.php/X … tent=88496
I Googled "green space wallpaper" to find the wallpapers. I'm using the Whisker menu for xfce. For the Arch icon in the bottom left corner, I used a regular Arch logo and colored it to #34BF5C in GIMP.

Ok, floating windows. Just for the screenshot. Meh.
https://mohmann.de/misc/2015-06-16-024322-thumb.png
Just changed terminal and bar background to #000. And the wallpaper. And my pants.
What's the font you are using for your terminal?
