[SOLVED] Changing button layout on Roccat Kone XTD

I just bought a Roccat Kone XTD mouse. I have installed the tools from AUR and performed the changes to xorg.conf. But when I load roccatkonextdconfig the option to choose different buttons is greyed out. Why is it doing that?

Thanks. I'm home now, so I can check my setup -- have you added yourself to the roccat group? Logged out and back in? Is roccateventhandler running?

Where did you see the instructions to modify xorg.conf? I haven't done anything like that, and my Kone XTD works perfectly.

Yes the eventhandler is running and I have added myself to the roccat group. I have rebooted and when I launch the roccatkonextdconfig, the only thing I can set under buttons is button 1 or disabled. For some reason have the options are greyed out and I can't go into them. The instructions for xorg.conf are from the roccat sourceforge page.

Do they not expand into submenus when you hover over them? It looks like Easywheel is the only disabled option (which is the same on mine).

Nope and that is my problem. I can't find out why it behaves that way.

I am a big idiot. I just realised that the menues can expand at the arrow. Everything works I can change layout and all. DOH!
