[Solved] lvm2 upgrade: volumes not made available at boot

I upgraded lvm2 and device mapper yesterday:

lvm2 2.02.120-1
device-mapper 2.02.120-1

...and now I am dropped to a root shell when I boot as the root volume can not be found. Running `vgchange -a y vgroup` brings up the volumes and I can exit the shell and continue to boot.

In the journal, there is a segfault:

Shiv kernel: lvm[155]: segfault at 58 ip 00007fcc42ea7de0 sp 00007ffc7ac714a8 error 4 in libc.so.6[7fcc42e71000+199000]

Anyone else seeing this?

Re: [Solved] lvm2 upgrade: volumes not made available at boot

Thanks Scimmia. The update fixes it for the vanilla kernel. Annoyingly, with my custom kernel, it still fails...

edit: regenerated my initrd tongue Fixed.
