System boots up to the root directory instead of my home directory

For some reason the arch system on my chromebook is now leaving me the "/" directory after boot, which really is annoying.

I always use systemd to automatically log me in to a virtual console when the computer boots. I use the instructions in the wiki [ https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Au … al_console ]  and it normally logs me into my home directory. After a recent update, my chromebook stopped doing this.

Here is the contents of  my /etc/systemd/system/getty@tty1.service.d/autologin.conf :

[Service]
ExecStart=
ExecStart=-/usr/bin/agetty --autologin marko --noclear %I 38400 linux
Type=simple
