wrong filesystem names after installation
I have installed arch using a usb. At the time i was installing my hardisk was /dev/sdb so i mounted iys partitions on /mnt. I also installed grub using grub-install & grub-mkconfig commgnds. However, after booting arch fails to find sdb partitions. I suspect it is because it is now called sda.
What should i do? I still have usable installation usb and a new install is an option for me if it is required.
Ps: since i am writing on my phone, i wrote it as short as possible, i am sorry about that. it is beve i am not very used to writing on phone keyboards.
Edit; i am able to access initram command prompt anf lsblk shows that i have sda partitions

Short answer: chroot into the new install from the install media (your USB) and fix the grub/boot files and fstab. Also, it is strongly encouraged to refer to the drives by UUIID instead of Kernel Name Descriptor (/dev/sd*), as those are unaffected by boot order, etc. (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Fs … ilesystems)
