I use same fonts in Firefox and Konqueror but Firefox for example show me:
[mu:.krum.pus], [frum.pus]
and Konqueror:
[muː.krum.pus], [frum.pus]

Konqueror show me [mu square.krum.pus], [frum.pus]
I used copy-paste and at home I saw square. But now atr work with Windows I see on both correct. Something is wrong with Konqueror...

I have seen the problem. I has to do with the character encoding of the document you are reading.
Look in the source code for a line like:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="application/xhtml+xml; charset=UTF-8">
I have noticed that some times browsers (including Firefox) seem to not "understand" (support) some of the extended ASCII characters and display the "box" thing.
I do not think there is anything we can do about it ...

I had that problem as well, and after trying to figure out exactly what the problem is I lost my patience and reinstalled...
pacman -S pango fontconfig freetype1 freetype2 libfontenc libxfont libxft
I still don't know what worked...

I reinstalled fontconfig libfontenc libxfont and libxft and now is okay.

It is not okay. When I again changed no-bitmats-fonts to yes-bitmats-fonts I hava a problem again....
