peripherial mount changes on boot

Hello!

I am having issues with peripherial mounting on boot, the addresses keeps changing.

First, thinkfan service keeps failing because the thermal sensor are sometimes mounted into

/sys/devices/virtual/hwmon/hwmon1/temp1_input

sometimes in

/sys/devices/virtual/hwmon/hwmon0/temp1_input

Can i ensure it mounts always in the same virtual device directory?

Also, my SD card (which contains my music) is undetectable by clementine unless i unplug and replug it after reboot. This is kind of annoying, i think it is just not automounted into /run/media/(myusername)/769D-CF33.

Actually, the /media folder does not exists until i unplug and replug the SD card. It seems like the directory is removed on reboot but clementine keeps the path in memory.

Can i also ensure this device is automounted at reboot? Because it is pretty much a permanent installation.

Thanks!

EDIT : My laptop is a Lenovo T420 if that helps.

EDIT 2 : If you land here with the same issue, the path in thinkfan.conf should be hwmon /sys/devices/virtual/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp. Still don't know for the sd card, every tutorial only explains with usb.
