That appears to be a PCIe card.  It is also EOL (End of life)  sad  The other models are all USB.
Can you verify that it shows up in lspci -nn and and you provide the VID:PID  (The two four digit hexadecimal numbers in brackets separated by a colon)
I ask, because I don't see direct support in the kernel for that manufacturer, but they may be using a generic chip set.

Also, in the AUR, we have

ewaller@turing ~/devel/build/linux-3.18.1 1023 %packer -Ss avermedia
aur/a800-fw 1.0-1 (4)
Firmware for AVerMedia AverTV DVB-T USB 2.0 (A800)
aur/a850-fw 1.0-2 (3)
Firmware for AVerMedia AverTV Volar Black HD DVB-T USB 2.0 (A850)
aur/dvb-usb-af9035-git 20121217-3 (2)
An open-source driver for DVB-T cards based on AF9035 chipset, like AverMedia A867/A865
aur/avermedia_a867 1.0.28-7 (1)
Avermedia A867 DVB-T USB (also known as Sky Digital Key in Italy) Kernel Module
ewaller@turing ~/devel/build/linux-3.18.1 1024 %

You might try one of those.  YMMV.
