I know everyone should upgrade to MariaDB,however for now I like to keep my servers unified (at some point I'll upgrade all to MariaDB).
Anyway I'm trying to use command:
# yaourt -S mysql mysql-clients

It still offers mariadb instead of mysql, how and I force it to use AUR packages?

Don't use yaourt in this situation and do it manually.

If your AUR helper has '--auronly' switch which works with for installing packages, you can use that.
There are unofficial repositories that have mysql as well. [sergej-repo] has mysql 5.5.32-1 and mysql-clients 5.5.32-1.

I respect the knowledge represented in the Linux From Scratch work and the current workbook uses mysql; it builds and runs properly with an up-to-date system. mariadb is currently a mess in that it does not build against the current boost (1.54). This problem will not be fixed until release of mariadb 10 (next version). At the moment I don't consider mariadb an improvement over mysql.
I built mysql 5.6.13 from AUR using makepkg. I can confirm that it compiles and runs properly.

All jokes aside. If you need to ask this question, you definitely shouldn't use yaourt. Spend some time learning how the AUR works and how to use it safely/effectively before you do some real damage.
