Hi,
I'm a bit lost here, i simply want to play the audio output of my Arch setup (Gnome Pulseaudio) onto a Hifi system who support DNLA or AirPlay.
I've installed pulseaudio-raop2 which completly wipe my pulseaudio install but haven't find out how this work
I've tested pulseaudio-dnla this works but the stream is constantly interrupted....
Does someone has a good experience on this ? what's the most reliable way do do this.
I would like if possible a switcher on the top right gnome menu for the output selection, i've tried the gnome extension but this doesn't work with pulseaudio-dnla ...
One last thing, if i open the app pauvcontrol app, i do find some related airplay or dnla feature listed but unselectables... why do these option are here but some missing package need to be installed ?
Thanks ;-)

If you want your system to become a dlna server, I recommend the minidlna package from the community repo.
More info on how to install it and how to configure it -> https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ReadyMedia.
To select the audio output you can just go on to Gnome Settings (control painel), on sound section choose the output you want (hdmi, audio jack, headphones, etc..)
