Creative SB Live 5.1 Issues

Ok, I tried about everything everyone has said in IRC, I've been through the Wiki, searched the forum, and for the life of me I can't get this working.  It shows as it normally would with 5.1 surround sound, but no matter what options I choose, it only outputs to two speakers :x  How do I fix that?
