I was almost month without archlinux, because it was not possible to install it from cd. Everytime some strange problem or kernel panic appeared. I thought it will be ok when next cd will be released, so yesterday i downloaded 7.1.2015 cd. But pacstrap gives me "error: segmentation fault" during loading package files. I'm booting x86_64 in EFI mode

Did you check the md5sum of the image? If that was good, then you might want to start checking your hardware -- run a memtest overnight to the begin with.

FS#45183 - [archiso] pacstrap can crash at mkinitcpio in Nov2014 not in Oct2014
You're installing too many packages. Install just enough to get to your first boot then install the rest.
If you have an install playbook it only requires a bit of reorganization.
I consider this a bug because of the kernel panic. "error out of disk space" would be fine but any kernel panic is a bug if it can be caused in user mode.

I was installing base and base-devel packages, just like before. Image and PC is ok.

Is your computers RAM overclocked? I read (for another Linux distro) that caused kernel panics. Setting the default settings in BIOS did the trick for him/her at least.
I possess a device, in my pocket, that is capable of accessing the entirety of information known to man.
I use it to look at funny pictures of cats and to argue with strangers.
