WIFI is always disabled by hardware switch after reboot.

Hi, i've just restored my machine today.
but now, my wifi is always disabled by hardware switch after reboot. seems like the configuration is not remembered.
so, i'm always press Fn+F3 to connect internet through wifi after restarting/turn on my machine.
how do i fix this problem ?

yes, i have.

i've tried :
rfkill unblock wifi
rfkill unblock wlan
rfkill unblock all

but, the output is always same.

0: acer-wireless: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: yes
