No html5 mp3 playback with gstreamer

Hi!

I tried to build qupzilla with webengine support; everything is working quite fine, but i cannot listen to mp3 (no flashplayer), eg in google play music (i have html5 audio enabled).
html5test says i have got no .ogg and .mp3 support in my browser even if i've got all of gst-plugins 1.0 packages:

extra/phonon-qt5-gstreamer 4.8.2-1 [installato]

I'm on kde5 with qt5.5, but it seems an issue with gst plugins.
I tried with otter-browser too, compiled with and without webengine support, and mp3 playback wasn't working.
Youtube videos are working jsut fine (and audio too).

Any idea?
