Hello.
This is my first day walking with Arch. Very likely I'll use this distro for a long time, it's very beauty
But now I faced some problem with systemd. Could someone tell me in two words, how could I run something like this:
mkswap /dev/sdaX
swapon /dev/sdaX
Just in case, /dev/sdaX was created in FreeBSD 10.1 enviroment, as soon as FreeBSD doesn't care, Arch want to swapfile been exactly with certain headers.
So I should implement this two lines above just before system calls `swapon -a`.
Would be very appreciate for any suggestion.

So that's not the case for This forum is for technical issues revolving around the ongoing maintenance and fine tuning of Arch systems. ?

Share FreeBSD swap partition with Arch
THAT'S DISGUSTING! That's like sharing chewed bubble gum.
...I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to your question, but I thought I'd point out: A couple years ago I deleted my swap partition. I don't use swap any more, just my regular 4 GB of RAM. I don't miss having swap space at all. And if I do want swap space, I can follow the Arch Wiki and create a "swap file" without even needing to use a separate partition.

You can't.
The Linux and FreeBSD kernels handle swap in fundamentally different ways, so you can't share a swap partition between the two. Seconding what drcouzelis said, if you have a desktop or laptop with 4G of RAM or more, swap is almost certainly unnecessary anyway.
