[SOLVED] Trying to Find an Application

(I would've put more description in the title, but it would've been very length) I am trying to find a program that functions akin to the Realtek HD Audio Manager. I'm attempting to balance out the static in my mic, but I can't seem to get the job done using alsamixer. If you know something that would give me these kinds of settings, please let me know! Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Not directly an answer, but in addition to Jasonwryan's suggest, pavucontrol is an nice GUI interface for Pulse as well.
