just installed graveman, but when i try to start it begins to scan and then just stops ... in a terminal, after typing 'graveman' it comes up with:
umount: /dev/hdc is not mounted (according to mtab)
*** glibc detected *** free () : invalid pointer: 0x080aff90 ***
aborted
I tried mounting CD but then it comes up with :
umount: /mnt/cd device is busy
umount: /mnt/cd device is busy
*** glibc detected *** free () : invalid pointer: 0x080aff90 ***
aborted
is there any way round this??
thanks!

I've seen this error a lot the last few days (mostly with other people, but I've had it a few times also). I think it's caused by some components of gnome/gtk being updated while others are still the old versions. This is speculation though.

graveman depends on libglade, which is made by the gnome guys afaik.

Is your user in the "optical" group?
Have you tried to start graveman as root?
