Kind regards.

mkdir /media.
That folder is not owned by any package in the base group at least.

When I install arch,I usually have to make the media directory myself.

This.
It was dropped from the filesystem package back in 2012 because udisks provides it, and nothing else requires it.

Well. i create /media folder.
When i open /media folder with thunar nothing on it but when i use spacefm everything all ok. My default file manager is thunar so if i want to use a USB or a DVD i need to connect it and open spacefm first for mount and then thunar to explore.

Thunar's dependencies:
gvfs (optional) - for trash support, mounting with udisk and remote filesystems
So install gvfs. Note that stuff won't get mounted in /media, but in /run/media/username/. That's how gvfs/udisks2 works.

So this was an X-Y question. You didn't need to know how to create the directory, you wanted to know how to automount your usbs. For the latter, please read the wiki

As you don't need udisks (you can probably replace it udisks2) /media is not needed any more. /mnt is intended for "static" mountpionts.
