T400 standby issues since update to kernel 4.1.2-2-ARCH

When I go into standby mode (by pressing the power button - that is configured by setting HandlePowerKey=suspend in systemd/logind.conf) the screen goes black and the standby led flashes once.

It used to flash another time and stay on - then the laptop would be in standby mode.

Since the update, when the led flashes the 2nd time, the laptop beeps (as if it would return from standby) and the screen goes back on (and shows what is showed before I pressed standby). Also the disk starts spinning, again.
Then (without me doing anything) screen and disk go off, again and the laptop looks as if it would be in standby. But the bluetooth and power led are still lid and the standby led is not (and also the wifi led is not lid).

When I press the power button again, the laptop comes back as if it would return from standby.

This used to happen sometomes before the update, but a reboot usually fixed it. Now it happens always.

Re: T400 standby issues since update to kernel 4.1.2-2-ARCH

I compiled kernel 4.1.1 and it already has this issue.

I also noted that when the screen is off (but the standby led is not lid) and the disk is not spinning, the fan is still on.
