Gigabyte Hybrid EFI and boot from 3TB HDD

I have GA-E350N-USB3 ( http://www.gigabyte.com/products/produc … x?pid=3681  ), AMD e350 apu with sata3.
Now arch x86 is on 40GB partition (2TB HDD) with syslinux as bootloader , 3TB as sdb "data disk". This mobo has only 4 sata and i need more space, i have to replace old 2TB.
I want to move system from mbr/40GB to gpt/40GB partition on 3TB HDD and boot system. I suspect that this mobo wont boot from uefi because it is Hybrid EFI (?) or it support 3TB disks only as data disk not system disk (bios limitation). I read wiki, tried bootctl, refind etc and it wont boot, black screen or damaging partition table.
I have second PC with true uefi mobo and 3TB is boting normal.

I know that MBR/bios limit is 2,2 TB

bypass 1: flash drive with bootloader and /boot partition?

bypass 2: bootloader (syslinux?) on flashdrive that handle gpt and start arch?

Please Help  ArchGods

// this is working !
