USB Microphone does record crackling only

Hello! After recent update (less than a week) I encountered a problem with my USB mic. I use PulseAudio and now I am unable to record ANYTHING in ANY app.

Pulseaudio version 6.0; kernel version 4.1.2-2-ARCH

In Windows this device does work  flawlessly.

Re: USB Microphone does record crackling only

Fixed by insertion of external sound card (very strange issue)
