Bluetooth not working

Hello,

I just received my new bluetooth speaker but when I try to connect to it, it doesn't work. To be precise, I can see it on scan, I can pair it but I can't connect.
I also try to connect to my smartphone with no result. And To be sure there is no hardware issue I tried on Windows to connect to my bluetooth speaker without any problem.

So I start to explore software possibilities :
- driver => ok (I can use my bluetooth card for scan, so it seem to be ok)
- bluetooth service error => "systemctl status bluetooth" return

● bluetooth.service - Bluetooth service
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/bluetooth.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled)
Active: active (running) since ven. 2015-07-24 18:45:12 CEST; 22min ago
     Docs: man:bluetoothd(8)
 Main PID: 23335 (bluetoothd)
   Status: "Running"
   CGroup: /system.slice/bluetooth.service
           └─23335 /usr/lib/bluetooth/bluetoothd

juil. 24 18:49:03 Lust bluetoothd[23335]: Endpoint registered: sender=:1.36 path=/MediaEndpoint/A2DPSink

I see error but I don't understand it..
- rfkill block
=> an "rfkill list" return that

3: asus-bluetooth: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
4: hci0: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: yes
	Hard blocked: no

If I unblock the soft block of hci0, nothing change..

For all tries I have exactly the same error for the connection :

Attempting to connect to <MAC Adress>
Failed to connect: org.bluez.Error.NotReady

Does someone could help me please ?
